UNDERTAKING

I hereby undertake that:

1. The information given in application form is true to the best of my knowledge.
2. I will pay all fees and other charges, if revised any time during the academic year.
3. I have read the rules and I am fully aware that once admission is cancelled the tuition and other fees are nonrefundable.
4. I will abide by rules and procedures of the institute.
5. I am aware that even on Sunday, classes will be held for which I have no objection and I assure you that I will give 100% attendance for the classes held.
6. I will not be withdrawn midway till Completion of the Course.
7. If I fail to maintain 75% attendance, I know that my term automatically stands cancelled.
8. I have not been debarred from appearing at any examination held by any Government constituted or statutory examination authority in India.
9. I am aware that any rule imposed by the Board such as imposing limits on the number of attempts permissible to pass any examination shall be binding on me.
10. I fully understand that the principal of college where I would be admitted has a right to expel me from the college for any infringement of the rules of conduct and discipline prescribed by the college or Board.
